Create a Perfect French Shellac Manicure for Her Nails

Shellac is the newest whim in gel manicure applications. With dozens of shades and nail art choices, you can’t go off beam! But, if your customer likes to keep her nails simple, a perfect French Shellac manicure is easy and harmless for her nails!

Prepare the nails

Use the acronym P.E.P. (Prepare, Eliminate and Purify) while performing the Shellac manicure service.
1.       P: Perform a comparatively dry manicure. Remove the cuticle and see what happens.
2.       E: Eliminate all contaminants.
3.       P: Purify her nail layers using Scrub Fresh.

Step-by-Step manicure process

1.       Apply an emaciated layer of get coat and cure it for at least 10 seconds.
2.       Apply a thin layer of pure pink or try noticeably pink for two minutes. Then, apply one more layer.
3.       By using a cream puff, apply another slim tip along the nail in an extensive motion. You can also use downward strokes. However, you have to be careful to ensure the layer doesn’t go thick with the white. The layer can wrinkle during curing.
4.       Cure for another 2 minutes.
5.       Apply an even coat of Shellac upper coat and cure it for the final 2 minutes.
6.       Remove the top coat with a little 99% isopropyl alcohol for better results.
7.       Complete the entire process with cuticle oil on each nail to rehydrate the nails.

Double toned Shellac manicure

1.       Apply a thin coat of gel based coat and cure it for 10 seconds.
2.       Then apply a coat of Fedora, a rich and dark color and cure it for few seconds. Apply the second coat and cure it for 2 minutes.
3.       Complete the entire look by icing the nail edges with iced cappuccino. Cure it for 2 more minutes.
4.       Then, apply an even layer of Shellac French manicure top coat and cure for final 2 minutes.
5.       Remove the upper coat by using a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol.
6.       Finish the entire process using cuticle oil to rehydrate the cuticle.

Removing Shellac coat

1.       Saturate the padding on your Shellac remover wraps with uncontaminated acetone.
2.       Make certain to place the cotton pad right above her nails.
3.       Finally, wrap the nails and set a timer for at least 10 minutes.
4.       After 10 minutes are over, apply little pressure to the nail with your thumb and massage it to slacken the Shellac. Twist and pull the wrap off her nails.
5.       Slide off the entire remaining coat with an orange wood stick and swab a little acetone on her nails to completely remove all polish.
